WINE GROWING

In maintaining the vineyard and caring for the vines, from pruning to harvesting, everything is done to obtain the very best grapes. During the growing cycle, vagaries of climate are carefully monitored so as to apply the necessary solutions at the right moment. The planting of grass, disbudding, thinning out the leaves and grape clusters are all options to be decided every year.
